20+ years into my existence, and I'm yet to have all the answers to the aforementioned question. But, what I do know, is that I hail from & currently reside in Boston, MA. In my free time, I enjoy listening to & creating music. I also happen to enjoy watching ; with Manchester United, unfortunately, being my favorite team.
Raised to be inquisitive, trained to be analytical & strategic
Prior to product design, I cut my teeth in the digital world as a digital marketer. I realized that I naturally craved work that used more empathy-rooted thinking and visual creativity to drive a positive impact in people's lives. Now, the amalgamation of my marketing experience, combined with user-centric design, and my ardent love for inclusivity forms the backbone of my design philosophy.
Thoughts on teamwork & cross-functional collaboration
Participating in organized sports since a child, “teamwork makes the dream work” has been an evergreen saying throughout my life. In product development, perhaps that saying holds just a little bit more weight. Illustrious graphic designer, Paula Scher once said: “Ideas can be triggered with my team; I see more than I would see if I was just doing it by myself ” - Paula Scher: Abstract the Art of design. To drive my point across, problem-solving is better from a wholistic approach.
